15 May Lockdown cover #2 – Teacher
The latest in a series of lockdown classic rock covers, inspired by (and contributed to by) The Aristocrats
Again recorded by passing files around different people who recorded their own parts. I’ve always loved this song and it was great to have an excuse to play it (being stuck at home). We all tried to get as authentic as practical with recreating the tones involved. I used Marshall and Hiwatt amps as Tull would have used recording Benefit.
Was also a good challenge to mix and master it as authentically as possible.
